About Me
Background and Education...
I was born in Mattoon Illinois, grew up in Central Florida (yes, Disney World), lived in Northern Virginia for about 5 years, then moved to Honolulu Hawaii. A little over four years ago, I was able to buy a condo on the west side of Oahu, with an ocean view, and I call it “my own slice of paradise”.
I was a “late in life" college student, graduated with an accounting degree in hand, and very proud of my accomplishment. I have continued my education taking bookkeeping and financial advisory courses over the years since college. I love learning!! All while working full time as an accountant, payroll, benefits/HR admin. Yes, that was my full title and multitasking is my sixth sense. Haha!
I’m an avid animal lover and proud supporter of my local Humane Society as well as The Humane Society of The United States. A percentage of my profits are donated to both causes. The best breed, is a rescue breed. Ask me how I know…
